If so, I may can help. As a Mindfulness-based Health and Wellness Coach, I work one-on-one with individuals to help them improve their overall well-being. Health challenges can be stressful.  Sometimes we don't feel comfortable in our own skin.  Working with a Mindfulness-based Coach can help you summon your inner strength to face your health challenges head on.
